I am sharing the Action Plan presentation given to the Board of Governors (BOG) on April 6th. The slides that accompanied my presentation are also available. Following the same format as last year, each University's presentation was limited by time, content and format.
My presentation focused on Mansfield University's brand and our marketing strategy. I shared both our programs of distinction and emerging programs. Other topics included our budget realignment, enrollment numbers (as of April 6th), and Opportunities & Challenges.
