Mr. Craig G. Litchfield

Mr. Litchfield has been the President and CEO of Citizens & Northern Bank and Citizens & Northern Corporation since 1996. His business affiliations include Atlantic Central Bankers Bank (Director), Pennsylvania Bankers Association (Chairman, 2002-2003), American Bankers Membership Committee (2004 – 2006) and Member of PBA Government Relations Committee.

Mr. Litchfield received his B.A. in Mathematics from Mansfield University in 1976 and his Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University in 1990. He is a 1966 graduate of Wellsboro Area High School.
 
Mr. Litchfield’s community involvement has been extensive and includes being the Director of Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce, the Director of Growth Resources of Wellsboro, the Director and Treasurer of the Laurel Health System, the Vice Chairman of Grand Canyon Airport Authority, Trustee of Mansfield University and Board Member of Dean Center.

Mr. Litchfield is married with two children.
