Dr. Strohecker received his B.A. in General Studies (Magna Cum Laude) from Mansfield University in 1991 AFTER receiving his Doctor of Optometry in 1989 from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is the only graduate in MU history to do this.
Dr. Strohecker has been the proud owner of Strohecker Vision Care, Inc since 1989. In 1994, he opened a second location and now serves approximately 7,000 patients with the assistant of nine employees. Dr. Strohecker also owns varied commercial and residential real estate with 40 units.
Mansfield University is a community in the best sense of the word. We look out for each other. We push ourselves to dream big. We work hard to achieve success. We care. Mansfield welcomed its first student in 1857 – and to this day, the University continues to seek and serve students with big dreams for their futures.
